Statement: I ask God to forgive [person] for [person] knows not what he/she does/did in relation to me.  I ask God to forgive me for I know not what I do/did in relation to [person].  Thank you, [person].  I love you, [person]. Thank you, Spirit (while placing hand on heart).

I discovered the power of forgiveness.  I’d taken a 3×5 card and placed all the names of people on whom I had energy.  I spent the afternoon going through a forgiveness ritual.  I finished and went to visit my neighbors that see auras.  One asked, “What have you been doing?”

“Forgiveness on everyone that I can think of.”

“Your aura has totally changed.”

I like the approach of Ho’oponopono: I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.
